Chiceluxe currently offers free standard shipping for eligible orders in the United States, unless a different shipping option or charge is clearly shown during checkout.

We do not charge hidden service fees. The amount shown at checkout is the amount charged by Chiceluxe for your order.

13. Shipping and Delivery
We currently offer free standard shipping for orders in the United States, unless otherwise clearly stated during checkout.
Our current order cut-off time is 4:00 PM PDT (GMT-7). Orders placed after the cut-off time may be processed on the next business day.
Our current order processing time is typically 1–2 business days. The estimated delivery timeframe after processing is typically 4–6 business days.
The total estimated delivery time is the order processing time plus the carrier delivery time.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carriers, holidays, high order volume, weather, address issues, inventory processing, payment verification, or events outside our reasonable control.

14. Risk of Loss and Delivery Issues
For consumer orders, the risk of loss or damage generally passes to you when the package is delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
If a package is delayed, appears to be lost, is marked as delivered but has not been received, or is returned to sender, please contact us as soon as possible at support@chiceluxe.com.
If a package cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the package, or another cause attributable to the customer, reasonable return, reshipping, or handling costs may be charged or deducted from any applicable refund, where permitted by law.
